The LOCATION is superb. I could walk to almost everything. complimentary slippers were a thoughtful touch and very useful. the breakfast buffet included many options. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the steamer in the room was a lifesaver for my wrinkled clothes..

the elevator music played quite loudly LATE at night.

the location was great for exploring. i got an upgrade, and the room was ok.

it wasnt good. the room lacked face towel hooks by the sink, and body towel hooks by the tub. i think this is a simple thing that would greatly improve the experience. i also think they should provide face tissues in the rooms.
